'Lipstick Jungle' Fashion in Chic Galleria Magazine

Check out what "Victory Ford" is wearing on set during one of the returning episodes of Lipstick Jungle, by visiting Chic Galleria. Played by Lindsay Price, this character is my favorite among the trio of career multi-tasking moguls. One fabulous designer!

(And speaking of fabulous designers...What do you think of my new layout? Chic Galleria's Beth Anderson offered to play around with the look of my site, and in trusting her style and vision, I was happy to give her 100% creative freedom, while still maintaining my original illustration header from Elaine Biss.)

Sooooo, OK, as for Lipstick Jungle: September 24th - back on NBC.

I'm Wishing on a Star...

But instead of having to look up, I look down and enjoy my own shooting stars. Just giving you a little more of me. Don't think I'll be getting tattoo removal any time soon (we'll see how much it stretches when I have a baby one day....)! In fact, I'm asking Elaine Biss to design my next one...

Are you yay or nay when it comes to body art?

Want to Stand Apart from the Crowd? The Convertible Handbag Available on MyChicThings.com!

Check out the new product available on MyChicThings.com! Currently, there are several pieces in Beth Anderson's shop that contribute to her boutique's new, couture-inspired style, designed by lovely Divapreneur Elaine Biss.

I'm all about versatility of fashion -- I like knowing that I am (and my personal shopping clients are) getting the most out of their money. So with this adorable, flavorful Fashion Diva MICRO Happy Hobo, designed by Kristin Elliot of Spirited Style, customers can proudly flaunt a purse that was exclusively made for My Chic Things.

Meaning, here's an opportunity to spend about 50 bucks on a 3-in-1 bag instead of a mass retailer purse that carries little-to-no personal connection for you!

Tons of other jewelry and accessories designer featured in Beth's boutique, include:

Oh, and did I mention there are always unique sale items on My Chic Things? Well, when it comes to the latest steals available, be sure to check in with the Good Girl as I will continue to give credit where credit's due.

And when it comes to finding cute, comfy maternity wear, be sure to snatch your own My Chic Things Tee - only a $29 value (whether for you now or later...or a loved one who is pregnant and complaining of looking yucky). So cute!

White Iris Designs...Wins Handbag Giveaway!

Thank you ladies for entering my recent contest -- a random drawing to win the Trina Duffle Bag, courtesy of ShopManhattanite.com!

With the amazing comments regarding the big primary trend this season, it seems safe to say that it ain't goin anywhere! That said, I hope you enter this Spring and Summer with yellow shoes, red tops, blue bags, and green hoodies (you can always consult me on why it may be best to avoid wearing each item together, however....).

Tammy of White Iris Designs won the Trina Duffle Bag, after I picked her name from my coffee mug (sans the coffee). And even though chance played a big part, her response is deserving and quite interesting:

"What a nice trend change to get away from the pastels. I love this bright blue I am seeing all over. It has even made it's way into my business, with a lot of bridesmaids, prom & semi formal dresses. Fun challenge for my floral designs!! I say...Bring it on!"

FREE 15-Minute Consultations at the Good Girl Launch Party

...Delicious horderves, tons of fun accessories flying off the tables (many of which I purchased from My Chic Things), and showing a group of men and women how to wear a red blouse 4 different ways. These were just some of what took place at my Good Girl Gone Shopping launch party yesterday, early evening.

And setting up my dining room table for FREE 15-minute consultations was totally beneficial for everyone involved.

Sitting with single women, mothers and daughters, couples, and single men for a chat about fashion trends and their "boring," "plain," or "outdated" wardrobe gave me insight to their needs and how I can assist them!

Some of my new projects now include:

- Finding a chic men's store for size XXL that features the latest cool, casual trends

- Dress shopping for a guest going to a wedding

- Browsing with a client for hats (she wants to add this item as part of her accessories)

- Cleaning out closets and putting together outfits with existing pieces

- Finding fashion pieces for a 58 year-old woman who wants style but "age appropriate"

I'm very excited to get going! Thank you KDC Events for a phenomonal launch party. Until next time...

The 'Good Girl Gone Shopping' is Morphed!

Who's that girl carrying all those bags? It's me, it's me. I said who's that girl lugging all those clothes? It's me, it's me. (My take on an old SNL cheer...)

Thanks to Divapreneur's creator (and DP Mag's editor-in-chief), Elaine Biss, I have an individualized, unique illustration of me. We just HAD to leave the glasses in, because well...it's such a big part of my style. From the green bracelet to the bright pink-red blouse, I'm all about this look. If you're seeking an artist to create a personalized image for you and your business, you can contact Elaine to learn more of her services on her deliciously-chic Web site: http://hipnchic.com/. (Currently, she might be booked, but at least you can see samples of her designs and read testimonials of her clients!)
